3BR Townhouse Right in Front of Epic Universe!

The stay was pleasant. Although we spent most of the time outside, it is nice to go back to comfortable space to rest. Positive: The place is clean and the rooms sizes are just right. Everything you need is there. Clear instructions provided. Negative: NA

Enjoyable, and loved the location. Positive: I loved the location and how clean this property was. The 1st floor bedroom bed was sooooo comfortable and soft. I slept better than I do at home. I loved the kitchen and living room area. Everything was so nice and relaxing and quiet. We even got to see a fireworks show from the 2nd story window, from across the street. We enjoyed that. I would definitely stay here again, Ana would recommend it to anyone. Negative: They only thing I didn’t like was I’m ing stairs everyday, but then again that was a better workout than the gym

Property was exactly as described

The location was great, and the place was very clean. However, it seemed like the place had been trashed at some point in the past and hidden damage with a coat of paint. The frame around the garage door was splintered from where it had been kicked in and had since been tacked up with finishing nails and painted over. The clock at the top of the stairs was broken around the edge where it had taken a fall. Several balusters on the stairs guardrail had been hastily mismatched and replaced where they had been kicked out. Worst of all was the living room furniture. The reclining sofa was bent so that you sat at a 30 degree angle that dipped past 45 degrees when reclined, and at least one of the bar seats wasn't attached to the base so when you sat on it it flipped forward throwing you off.Some of this was just cosmetic, but the furniture was a hazard. Be cautious leaving your children unattended on it.All this is a shame because it is in a good location. I would stay here again only if they replace the furniture and made proper repairs to place.
