Family 9BR House w/ Pool, Theater & Game Room

We had an excellent stay. The property was gorgeous. It was also so convenient because the overflow parking lot was right next to the property so our guest didn’t have to walk far.

House is huge and accommodates a large number of people. Negatives are: couldn't get in until 5 due to cleaning people still there. The furniture in the main living area is well worn and not totally clean. The garage play room hasn't been cleaned or swept and mopped in a long time. Main floor wasn't cleaned very well. Pool furniture cushions need to be replaced. Bathrooms were clean and worked well. Communication wasn't always quick and no response when I asked if Saturday was available when we were stranded.

The property was great. However, getting Family on the property was a challenge due to us, not knowing that we needed to have a list sent to the property owners. Also, there was a limit on visitors to the property that we were unaware of. Overall, it was a great state though.

Great place for a family vacation! Positive: The spacious house, there was plenty of room for our large family. Everyone had their own thing and place to go in the house. The game room was a hit for the teens! The younger kids loved the pool, I think they spent hours a day in it. There was something for everyone, including the resort pool and lazy river. The entire family had a great time! The family enjoyed having grocery and coffee shops so close to the resort. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our family vacation such a hit!! Negative: A better broom and dustpan , lol.

Highly recommend this property. Great location. We had a great and memorable stay and the host were great and attended t Positive: The property was excellent (very big for our family of three generations). The game room in the garage got used a lot. We really enjoyed the pool at the house and the three community pools. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had some minor issues that they fixed right away. The host left a very nice welcome package and even had coffee at their house. Highly recommend this property! Negative: We had two vehicles. My son who had a registered vehicle had problems with the security at the gate. For some reason security told my son use to a different entrance which sent him lto the same entrance (they waisted about 15 minutes trying to get in. The pass to open the gate did not always work. We had an au pair with us and security would let her in and we had to pick her up at the entrance. She had a copy of the reservation information and just wanted to walk back to our house.
